Tatting Baskets

Aren't these fantastic!! My sister made these for me. I think if you double click the photo you can get a closer look at them. She is an awesome quilter. You can check out her blog at http://fabricfun-everythingquilts.blogspot.com/. Now I can throw away my plastic grocery bags I've been using.
The other photo is some paper projects we made on Thurs. night. The one on the right has a peppermint patty in the middle. I wonder how long that is going to last! The one on the left is just a basic greeting card.
I hope to post a couple of acrylic painting projects I've been working on in the next couple of days. I have some assembly to do on them first.
Thanks for stopping by.

I love your cards. I kept the one you sent to me. I collect all things beautiful...and display them throught out the year. I have a coffee table with a glass top that opens which I love to change often so I can enjoy all my pretties.

Donna made me a basket which I use everyday. I have a stair lift and always have so many things coming downstairs from the sewing room and back up. It's always full!

Thanks for sharing with us.

Lucky you to have such a sweet and talented sister to make you a little bag to put tatting in! That is very nice.

Your cards are lovely! So fun and creative! :)

I got my little package of gifts from you yesterday and have to tell you how much I love, love the card you made me. I truely love the painting you made me but I'm thinking if I can get a good enough pic of this card I might have to change my header for a bit. Maybe go back and forth using them. What I would really like to do when I have time is create a header using all my favorite images in one. The Crinoline lady is just so incredible, the pic does not do her justice at all. I'm taking her to the retreat with me. I love the shuttle they are so much easier to use, thank you so much. The charms must have been we were thinking alike moment, because I just bought 2 strands of beads last week thinking I had no idea what to do with them but loved them and wanted to make some kind of jewelry with them and the charms are just what they need. Glad you like your baskets, Did you see one the bottom of the small one where I tried to quilt a FM feather. It is my first attempt, now you know why I always stipple, LOL. I'm glad you mentioned how much you liked the fabric, I've been trying to get a idea of what colors for the TB and now I have something to work with.
